Vintage Market Days is an upscale, vintage-inspired indoor/outdoor market featuring handmade treasures, home decor, jewelry, clothes, outdoor furnishings, plants, food, and more. Entry is $15 plus tax for the three-day VIP Pass or get your Saturday/Sunday tickets for $10 plus tax. Children under 12 are free.

Annual OktoberFest Barefoot Landing
Come and enjoy this annual event featuring German and fall-inspired food and drink items. By purchasing a $10 wristband you will be entitled to 10% off food and beverages (excluding alcohol) at many restaurants from noon to 8 p.m. and numerous discounts at select retailers. Some restaurants will even host live music, contests, and other activities. Enjoy live music by Band on Fire on the Dockside Village Stage from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

19th Annual Little River ShrimpFest
Grab a plate of delicious fresh local seafood at the 19th Annual Little River ShrimpFest. Held along the Historic Little River Waterfront, this fall celebration of everything shrimp will include fresh local seafood from local waterfront restaurants, along with festival food classics, two stages of live music, stilt walkers, balloon artists, and much more! This two-day festival will also feature more than 150 different vendors, including a variety of arts and crafts vendors, business expos, and community organizations. Festival admission is $10 per person at the door for 1 day of admission; children ages 12 and under are free.

Annual St. John’s Greek Festival
One of Myrtle Beach’s most popular fall festivals, the St. John’s Greek Festival celebrates Greek culture and authentic meals with added family fun. 2024 Loris Bog-Off Festival
The Loris Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Loris Bog-Off Festival each year on the third Saturday in October in downtown Loris. The event is a day packed with entertainment, vendors, food, and fun for all ages. The festival began in 1980 as a chicken bog cooking contest and has evolved into the huge event it is today. Chicken bog generally consists of chicken, rice, sausage and spices of your choice; though over the years there have been many variations of this basic recipe.

The Taste of the Town is a culinary event held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center by Saint Andrew Catholic School. It’s considered Myrtle Beach’s top culinary event of the year. It’s great for visitors to fulfill their cravings and sample local area cuisine all in one night! Guests can sample mouth-watering appetizers, entrees, desserts, pastries, and drinks from more than 40 of the area’s finest establishments. Admission tickets are $6 in advance and $8 at the door. Ages 14 & under are free. Food tickets are $1 each, with menu items costing between 1 and 5 tickets each. Parking is $5 or free parking is available across the street.
