Since 1985, Leonard, Call at Kingston, Inc. has been the exclusive, on-site real estate company for a memorable and distinctive oceanfront property: Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach. Our main office is in front of Kingston Resorts. We also have two other on-site offices in the Embassy Suites and the Hilton, all open seven days a week.
In 1985, our company organized a successful development team that envisioned this gated, master-planned, oceanfront resort and made it a reality. Kingston is a meticulously maintained hidden gem on 145 acres. It offers a half-mile of pristine beach frontage, 12 acres of freshwater lakes, and luscious manicured grounds with mature trees preserved during development.

New to Kingston in 2022 and part of a $65 million renovation is the Currents Seaside Entertainment complex. This new, mesmerizing oceanfront complex consists of a large, year-round heated pool, hot tub, two waterpark areas, and a two-story brewhouse, Black Drum Brewing.
