From November 25th until January 19th, there will be Happy Dollydays celebrations at Kingston Resorts. The award-winning tribute artist, “Karen Hester as Dolly,” is known affectionately by many fans worldwide. Myrtle Beach loves her music. Dolly will knock your boots off and remind us how much fans love their queen of country music.

Dolly’s Table Sunday Suppers Every Weekend
Y’all, you’ll love this three-course meal they put together for you! The first course is a signature appetizer, Dolly’s Stone Soup. It’s a hearty and flavorful soup that’ll leave your tummy feeling good and ready for the main course.
For the main course, they’re servin’ up Carolina Gold BBQ Chicken with fresh corn on the cob. Tasty collard greens (cooked the way my mama used to make ”em) and roasted potatoes with southern corn bread. It’s a traditional southern meal that’ll have you lickin’ your plate clean!
Finally, you will be served Dolly’s favorite Walnut Pie for dessert. It’s so delicious it’ll have you beggin’ for more! So come on down and enjoy this amazing three-course meal that is lovingly prepared for y’all. Yeehaw!

When decorating holiday cookies, Dolly is a big believer in making your mark – literally! Get creative with icing and sprinkle some personality into the mix. Ya know, a little sparkle goes a long way sugar!
Cookies should express who you are and make for a home-baked batch of goodies that’ll stand out and shine. That’s the Dolly way! Go ahead, show your true colors, and make sure each cookie is as unique as you are. Happy decorating!
The kids will have the chance to show off their creativity with their decorating their cookies. Santa will be on hand to help and offer some tips, so it’s sure to be a fun time for all. The perfect family activity.
So get into the Dollyday spirit and learn how to decorate cookies like a pro! Santa will be at the decorating class from 2 pm to 5 pm every Saturday in December leading up to Christmas.
The Hot Chocolate Bar, Warming Hands, Hearts, and Souls
Y’all ever had a hot mug of cocoa and thought, “how did this deliciousness come to be?” Well, I’m here to tell ya! Hot chocolate has a history that dates back to 1900 B.C. when it was invented by the Mayan people of southern Mexico and Guatemala. The Mayans used cocoa beans to make a thick, bitter drink consumed cold.
Fast-forward to today, hot chocolate is still enjoyed worldwide and has become an integral part of our culture. Whether it’s a cozy winter night or a gathering with friends and family around the pool, hot chocolate always warms the heart and soul!

Writing Letters to Santa; Timeless Traditions at the Beach
Kids love writing letters to Santa. They get so excited to tell him what they want for Christmas. Heck, we are pretty sure Dolly still writes letters. We saw some in her room.
It’s always so adorable to see their little faces light up when writing to Santa. They take time crafting the perfect letter, with all their holiday wishes.
For some, that may take a while, so grab a cookie and some cocoa, ma and pa. It’s all worth it in the end when they finally drop their letter in the mail, knowing with childlike wonder it will get it to Santa on time.
Such big smiles. Such a magical time if you just believe.
Starting December 4th, kids can write their letter to Santa at the Embassy Suites, and they will make sure it gets delivered to him in time for Christmas! The final day to get your letter mailed is December 23rd, 2022.
Dollyday Magical Movie Nights
Who doesn’t love the nostalgia of watching movies, especially during the Dollydays? Families from far and near will love watching Christmas movies under the ocean stars by the grand pool at the Embassy Suites.
“A Smoky Mountain Christmas” always brings a smile to our faces. Nothing brightens up the holidays like singing along with Dolly! Unlikely Angel, A Country Christmas Story, and Christmas of Many Colors.
Of course, that is not the lineup. You will have to join the fun to see what movies they will be playing. Movies will play every Sunday, beginning December 4th until January 15th. See ya there!
