Kim Brooks

I was born and raised in Hickory, NC. I attended NC State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2004.

I’ve been married for over 15 years. My husband and I have one son and one very spoiled German Shorthaired Pointer.

When I’m not working, you will find me spending time with family and friends either on the beach, the lake or doing something outdoors.

I began my real estate career over 14 years ago in North Carolina. Upon moving to Myrtle Beach, I received my South Carolina real estate license in 2015.

Ever since, I’ve been advising and guiding clients through the property purchasing and selling process all along the Grand Strand. I’m honored to now be part of the highly respected sales team of Leonard, Call at Kingston.
