Born a sandlapper in Darlington, South Carolina! For those not born in South Carolina this is the nickname for someone who was born and raised in the state of South Carolina. It symbolizes Southern heritage, hospitality, and love for the state's beaches.

With over 40 years of real estate experience, I've built my career around helping people find the perfect place to call home. I began selling real estate in Wadesboro North Carolina, before moving and continuing my passion for 30 years, and for the past decade, I've proudly served clients in Horry County.

I'm happily married for 46 years, and I've always believed that relationships--whether with family, friends, or clients--are the heart of everything I do. I currently work at Kingston Resorts, where I assist buyers and investors with second homes, primary residences, and vacation properties.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me enjoying the beach, decorating and staging homes, spending time with loved ones, or out in my garden surrounded by flowers.
I love what I do and the people I get to meet along the way--it's truly a blessing to turn dreams into addresses.

I’m a previous member of the Rotary Club, Historical Society, Town Council committee, Uptown renovation committee, Habitat for Humanity, Woman’s Club, First Baptist Church and handbell choir.
