Hello, I'm Dennis Marcello, the Senior Broker Associate at Kingston Plantation since relocating to Myrtle Beach in Sept. of 1985! I began my real estate career in 1972, selling homes in and around Ridgewood, New Jersey area. In my first year of sales, I was in the "Million Dollar Sales Club" & enjoyed helping people buy and sell property so much that I knew I had found my career. Back in 1985, most of Kingston was still Lake Arrowhead Campground. My fellow salespeople and I showed the property from golf carts as there were no paved roads in Kingston Plantation yet. Construction on the hotel, South Hampton and Richmond Park was just getting started. Talk about selling a dream!! I am pleased to have seen those dreams become the reality that is the "Kingston Lifestyle" of today.
In many ways it has been very rewarding - I enjoy helping so many nice people to become Kingston homeowners. The fact that most of my homeowners have owned multiple condos here attests to their happiness with Kingston and their trust in me to help them with their real estate needs. As a showing of my faith in the Myrtle beach area, I have personally owned six villas, five highrise condos in Kingston as well as condos in Savannah Shores and Mar Vista Grande. I am fortunate to live in the Arcadia Ridge area which is within walking distance of Kingston (tough commute isn't it??). I am married to my high school sweetheart and together we have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild! My wife and I love to travel and the success of Kingston Plantation has allowed us to see much of Europe, French Polynesia, Alaska and Canada. As a birthday gift, our two sons and I went to Antarctica in December of 2007....WOW!
